Commentary: Snoopy's Descent Stage was discarded & almost certainly crashed into the lunar surface, though it's location is unknown. Snoopy's Ascent Stage was sent into a heliocentric orbit & disappeared, though in 2019 the British Royal Astronomical Society claimed to have identified the object 2018 AV2 as Snoopy with "ninety-eight per cent" certainty. Is that you, Snoop?
