20-24 June 1985: Brandenstein, Creighton, Fabian, Nagel, Lucid, Baudry, & Al Saud deployed the S.P.A.R.T.AN.-1 short-duration satellite, which carried over three hundred pounds of astronomy experiments, & recovered it, as planned; they also deployed the High Precision Tracking Experiment for the Strategic Defense Initiative; after 112 orbits, the Discovery landed at California's Edwards.Bonus!
