Project OSPREY: Team 109
N.C.A.A. Tournament, Final Four
(№ 1) Michigan v. Arizona (№ 1)
36-3, B1G 19-1The University of Michigan Marching Band, "The Victors" from A Saturday Tradition (Mike Papa Wolverine)
Commentary: I have been faithfully watching the vaiant Wolverines of Team 109, even though I haven't blogged about them. Often, of the course of the season, I've watched games hours or even the day after they were played due to various other commitments, recently the Knights of Columbus Lenten Fish Fry. Fittingly, I will not watch tonight's game live. I'm posting this from the afternoon, hoping that at the time of publication I will be at church for the Easter Vigil. Priorities: The Final Four is exciting, Artemis II is astonishing, but these are the High Holy Day of Christianity—Holy Week, the Paschal Triduum, the Easter Octave, & the whole fifty-day Eastertide. I will find out the outcome of the game via social media & plan to watch both Final Four games (the other is [№ 2] UConn v. [№ 3] Illinois) tomorrow afternoon with my dad. After tonight's expected victory, my schedule should be clear to watch the National Championship game on Monday night.
Go Blue!
