Citizens are making their SKApril debut courtesy of a nomination from online acquaintance & brother Knight of Columbus Bravo Charlie, who played in Cleveland-basd ska band The Assassinators back in the Nineties, before I had even discovered ska during the Summer of Ska (1997). The N.Y. Citizens, who disbanded in 1994, were pioneers of third-wave ska in New York City ska bands in the late Eighties & early Nineties, alongside The Toasters & The Scofflaws.
