The ongoing
ÖSTERREICH objective is to lose two pounds per week (2 lbs./week); over the past week, I did not achieve that objective.
If I can first reach that objective & then sustain that rate of weight loss, I will lose over one hundred pounds by this time next year. Historically, my progress stalls out when I reach approximately three hundred thirty pounds. If I remain dedicated to two pounds per week, I will reach that weight in ten weeks, by mid to late September. Watch this space to see if I do or I do not.
