Commentary: "O Come, Divine Messiah" is the English translation of an Eighteenth Century French carol, "Venez divin Messie," lyrics by Simon-Joseph Pellegrin, translated into English by an otherwise unknown religious sister named Mary of Saint Philip. Both are credited as the artists of this recording, along with Randall DeBruyn (born 1947), a contemporary composer who presumably arranged the music. The singers & organist who performed this rendition are unknown.
