Commentary: This is the season-opening fish fry, because the traditional pre-Ash Wednesday "warm up" was deep-sixed by the fundraising dinner/auction of a local independent Catholic school. The dinner/auction was Saturday night; so, why they needed to do all their set up on Friday, precluding our use of the hall, is beyond me.
