Williams Junior (26 September 1932-5 October 1967), Major, U.S. Marine Corps—He was scheduled to fly as L.M.P. of Apollo 12 (1969, Yankee Clipper & Intrepid) & would have been the fourth Moonwalker, but he died in a T-38 Talon crash; he was the first bachelor astronaut, who married the summer after being selected; his second child was born eight months after his death.Bonus!
