Commentary: "The Omega Glory" was one of the three outlines submitted for Star Trek's rare second pilot episode. The outline selected & produced was "Where No Man Has Gone Before." Had "The Omega Glory" been the second pilot (after "The Cage"), I think that would have been the end of Star Trek. This is a really bad episode.
