Skammentary: Cinco de Mayo is not Mexico's independance day, that's celebrated on 16 September. There's no "cultural appropriation" here (as if that's somehow illegitimate), Cinco de Mayo is more of an American holiday than a Mexican holiday. ¡Happy Cinco de Mayo!
