This year, 1999 enjoys the limelight. Yes, 1999, which quite to my astonishment was a quarter of a century ago. Over the next thirty-one days, we'll highlight the music to which we ska kids were listening in 1999, not strictly August 1999 but anything that was released before Y2K, by 11:59 P.M. on 31 December 1999.
