Operation AXIOM: The World War
30 October-4 November 1918: On 31 October, the Armistice of Mudros, signed aboard the British battleship H.M.S. Agamemnon, took effect, ending the war between the Ottoman Empire & the Arabs & the Entente; on 4 November, the Armistice of Villa Giusti took effect, ending the war between the Austro-Hungarian Empire & Italy; of the Central Powers, the German Empire alone continued to fight.

Operation AXIOM: The World War—The Armenian Genocide, Part IV
26 August-14 September 2018: The Battle of Baku & the September Days—The "Dunsterforce," a relatively small force of British advisors to the anti-Soviet Armenian Centro-Caspian Dictatorship, was defeated & the city conquered by the Ottoman/Azeri Islamic Army of the Caucasus; the Islamic Army then massacred thirty thousand Armenians, revenge for the Soviet massacre of Azeris in March 1918.

Operation AXIOM: The World War
10 January-16 February 1916: The Erzurum Offensive—a Russian winter assault caught the Ottoman army unprepared & under-strength, before forces could be transferred from Gallipoli; the second-best defended city in Turkey surrendered after only four days of shelling; the Ottoman supply chain was hamstrung by their ongoing genocidal campaign against the Armenians.

22 December 1914-17 January 1915: The Battle of Sarikamish—the encirclement & annihilation of an Ottoman offensive expedition by the Russians; the Turks were comprehensively outmaneuvered, but were truly undone by the bitter winter cold & their own poor organization & lack of preparation.
