And on a personal note, I appreciate that The Ataris took the care to include the comma in both "So Long, Astoria" and So Long, Astoria. By way of contrast, there should be but is not a comma in the title of Less Than Jake's seminal Hello Rockview. It's a great album, but the hypothetical Hello, Rockview would be just that little bit superior.
