Commentary: Two weeks ago, the annual Holy Redeemer Knights of Columbus Fish Fry offered both eat-in & takeout dining, our traditional practice. Last week, as a concession to the pandemic panic, we offered takeout only. This week, as a further concession to the pandemic panic, we offered only drive-thru service, something we'd never before done. Our customers queued up in their motorcars for the traditional Lenten fare, never entering the parish hall. The logistical challenge was just that, a challenge, but my brother Knights & sisters-in-Christ came through with flying colors, thanks be to the Lord God Almighty. Take that, proponents of panic!
