"One, Maybe Two, Ways Out" (season five, episode nine; 8 September 2010): Wikipedia-link.
Commentary: Nestor Carbonell returns as Declan Rand, now out of the criminal profiler game but still dating Juliet, planning to take a romantic vacation to Italy's Amalfi Coast. The main plot involes guest star Frank Potente (Marie in The Bourne Identity &, briefly, The Bourne Supremacy), but as the title indicates, owes more to the film No Way Out. Shawn & Juliet share a passionate kiss.
