Commentary: I'm on record as not being fond of Garbage's music, my standard quip being "Garbage, the aptly named band since Tool" (which also works in reverse, "Tool, the most aptly named band since Garbage."), but "The World Is Not Enough" is the best Bond theme song of the modern era, defined as the tenures of Pierce Brosnan (1995-2002) & Daniel Craig (2006-2021). The closest contender is Chris Cornell's "You Know My Name" from Casino Royale, but I still give the nod to "The World Is Not Enough" from The World Is Not Enough.
