Commentary: I work from home; so, the fact that my Macintosh was out of commission all morning (6:30-11:00 A.M.) installing macOS 10.15 Catalina was super inconvenient. Had I known what a major update I was being asked to install (update, not upgrade), I would have deferred 'til this evening. The fact that my Macintosh is now running very poorly is the icing of chagrin on a cake of frustration.
