The Stars My Destination
Operation AXIOM | Bonus! Song of the Day
This week marks the fifteenth anniversary of permanent habitation of the International Space Station (I.S.S.) by American astronauts & Russian cosmonauts, frequently joined by Japanese, Canadian, & European astronauts. While it is intensely disheartening that the United States continues to lack the ability to launch manned spaceflights, this I.S.S. milestone deserves to be celebrated. I can think of no better way to do so than with Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield's astonishing rendition of the song "Space Oddity": Major Tom-link.
Boldly go.
