Commentary: The title of Lock 'n Load is nonsensical. If 'n was meant to be a contraction of "and," as is commonly supposed, it would have to be written 'n', since both the "a" & the "d" have been contracted. As it is, 'n must be a contraction for either "an" or "in" (unless there is a two-letter word ending in "n" that has escaped my notice), yet neither "Lock an Load" nor "Lock in Load" makes any sense as a title. Would it really have been so onerous to title the album Lock 'n' Load?
Anyway, this weekend is the annual parish festival, a maelstrom of responsibilities that I never sought & would rather not have. This is the dark side of White & Corcoran's "churchworld" from Rebuilt. This is the last time I'll whine about it, I promise.

When you grow up,
When you grow up,
Life's gonna suck when you grow up,
It sucks pretty bad right now…"
