One pound (1 lbs.) is only half our weekly goal, but since the last weigh-in I've been to a dinner party & a catered Christmas dinner. This time of year, any weight loss is a victory; heck, even holding steady would be welcome. I've largely abstained from sweets this Advent, but I expect to put on a few pounds once the Christmas cookies are available & there are visits from kith & kin, times for feasting not fasting.
