Commentary: "The House of Quark" is one of my favorite Klingon episodes, because it is also a Ferengi episode & uses Quark to point out the pomposity & hypocrisy of Klingon honor culture. (I largely shared Ezri Dax's jaundiced view of Klingon culture, which won't be voiced until the seventh season). The Lady Grilka (played by Mary Kay Adams) is probably my second-favorite Klingon, after General Martok (played by J. G. Hertzler), who we won't meet properly until the late fifth season. The Lady Grilka will return, in almost preciely two years' time: "Looking for par'Mach in All the Wrong Places" (season five, episode three; 14 October 1996).
