The Rebel Black Dot Song of the Day: SKApril!
Suburban Legends, "Blingity Bling" from Rump Shaker (The Last Angry Man)
Skammentary: Welcome to the most syncopated month of the R.B.D.S.O.T.D.'s whole year. Welcome to thirty days of black & white checkerboards; to thirty days of rude boys & rude girls skanking to the point of exhaustion; to thirty days of original Jamaican vintage, 2-Tone, & Third Wave ska-punk. Though I am mildly chagrined that the earnestness of these festivities prevents a proper observance of April Fools' Day, that paucity of pranks is a pittance juxtaposed to the splendor of a solid month of ska. Welcome to the sixth celebration of SKApril!
